Your task Your task as a manager is to handle the daily business in your club. Most of the tasks is handled through your team’s homepage(left hand menu ‘my team’) You choose the formations, players and tactics for your upcoming matches, train and sack players, read your team news and a lot more. Some of the tasks requires that you have shares in your team. The shares represents a kind of experience as a manger. The board of your club will trust your managerial skills more if you have many shares, i.e. you have more freedom to do whatever you want with your club without the interference of the board if you are a owner of many shares.
